English

Houghton Mifflin English is used in Grades 2-8.  This series teaches students how to listen, speak, and write; how to master grammar; how to build word power and study skills; and how to appreciate good books.  Ample practice is provided in all these areas.

Handwriting

The Zaner Bloser Handwriting Series is used in Grades K-4.  It provides a consistent easy-to-follow pattern of instruction.  A systematic introduction and development of every letter and numeral is presented with ample practice provided.  Letters are grouped for efficient and effective development of penmanship skills.  Check-ups and review units appear frequently.
